Spicy Chicken Thigh Sandwiches. All the rage!

Don't get me wrong I love deep fried food. Its just the wife and I are trying to avoid it while still enjoying the same types of meals. Here are two that I've had success with. It sucks getting old(er).

Chicken Parm on the kettle...

Our wives must be related. She's about halfway done with her meal while I'm still taking pictures of my food for my SMF brethren. She says "I play with my food."

She loves messing with my plated shots. she messes them up lol!

Oh for sure I am with ya. I will do them on the kettle and "air fry" them next time. But it is deep fry season for us fortunately/unfortunately... there are many a deep fried turkey on my horizon! but, kettle cooked chicken is still predominant for us.

Thanks. I actually found a lone one in the fridge today hidden in the back in some Tupperware... wasn't crispy reheated but the flavor was still there. Now I am officially out. I think.

Wow Zach...excellent looking food and as always, a beautiful presentation. Although we can't do chicken around here, I need to start spending more time here in the poultry forum. There is some beautiful stuff going on here and I'm missing it.

Well Joe, that's more polite than what Tracy calls it. She dubbed it "food porn" several years ago and I hear it every time I cook something and reach for my phone.
