Spicy Chicken Sausage Recipe

Thinking of making a chicken sausage version of a Fatty, may have to call it a Skinny or a Scrawny. Does anyone have a poultry sausage recipe with some zip?

this should get you going.....the search bar is your best friend here. just type in ANYTHING you are thinking of smoking and numerous posts with pics and tips will pop up. Any sausage that looks interesting can be zipped up with the addition of crushed red pepper or cayenne or numerous other things that can be ground into the mix.....Willie

Box, for a good chicken sausage with some zip, use the nolacuisine.com Andouille recipe but just take out the thyme (unless you want to keep it). To that recipe, add 1 additional tsp of Cayenne and you're good to go. It's a great starting recipe.
