My wife and I were working in the garage today and she said she wanted to make meatloaf with a Stove Top Stuffing savory herb blend. She made this a few weeks ago with ground beef and wanted to try this time with ground pork. I told her where there was some ground pork in the freezer so she grabbed a bag and defrosted and made the meatloaf. It was a 2 lb bag left over from making ham sticks which I was saving for pork shots.
It was some of the best meatloaf I can remember! I asked her if she smelled the seasonings in the bag while she was making the meatloaf and she said her whole freezer smells like a sausage.
I would like to try Amish Bologna or Keilbasa.
