Smoking a chicken, brined in salt, brown sugar and apple juice. The rub is just a standard goes on anything rub that I enjoy. My smoker is about right for this bird to go on!! Good smokes!
Looks like a good start ....get you an internal of 165 ,,, i would lay ight on the the grill, and get smoke from both sides, maybe half way through, put in the pan,, with about 1/2 cup chicken broth ... show us some pics as you go ......
