Jim - I picked up some bone in chuck short ribs this afternoon and thought they might be good for a smoke. I did a quick search and found this post of yours. What internal temp did you take your short ribs to? Thanks in advance.

the habaneros were hot enough, not sure if I want to mess with the ghost chili. Heck i didnt even try ABT's with jalapenos again til today.. and I eat jalapenos like candy...
