Spare Ribs

Frys had spare ribs on sale. Picked up a couple, trimmed them up. Mustard binder with MC Holy Voodoo. 3 hrs at 300, then wrapped in foil. 1.5 hours in foil. Back out of foil for about .5 hrs, then sauced 10 minutes before pulled. Meat probe broken so don’t know internal temp. But flavor was great!

would you mind sharing what recipe you used? looks so good!
Props to Malcom Reed, Killer hogs for the recipe.
1stick if butter
3-5 tbsp of flour
3 cup milk
8oz cheddar
3tbsp hot sauce
Mix well until cheese melted
Boil box of elbow pasta
Stir into cheese mix welll
1cp sour cream
1cp mayonnaise
Mix well
8 oz cheese spread over top
1cp bacon bits
1cup bread crumbs
Mix bacon and bread crumbs together in heated pan until slightly browned then spread o er top.
Place in grill until bubbling
I do it for about .5-.75 minutes at 300

Oh…well it was very good. I combined it like 50/50 with KH bbq sauce and that was good. Everyone was ranting and raving. I’m not a huge fan of ribs, but that was making me wish I had more than two racks
