alright, here is my first spare ribs on the gosm. they were delicious! just ask my son,,,, he'll tell ya. I use cherry , oak , and hickory. jeffs rub, and an apple juice spritz.
Great looking ribs... They sure don't look like ribs of a newbie... Someone needs to bump you up a notch. IMO any way. I honestly don't know how that works.
