Haven't posted on here in a while, but this cook came out good and wanted to share. 4lb slab of spares, BPS Money rub, some Kingsford and a couple pieces if apple. Ran it for 4 hours with no foil in between. Took it off and wrapped in foil for a half hour to rest. Pretty darn good.
