Smoke Blower
Woooo Hoooooooo,
First really good smoke.
Used the 2-2-1 method and it turned out just as they all said it would.
My Elecrtic ECB did it`s thing and did it quite well.
The only thing I would want to change is the very outside layer was on the dry side and you couldn`t get a nice clean bite.
Inside it was heaven on a bone.
Couldn`t be happier.
Now, if they would just put them on sale again..
