Spare Rib Q-view

Smoked some spare ribs and a fatty this weekend. For the ribs I used Jeff's rub and the 3-2-1 method. Much, much better than the first rack i smoked. Fatty was JD hot with chipotle cheedar. Man was that good. Neighbors brought over some homemade potato salad and some baked beans (I'll have to give him Dutch's recipe for next time)

Sorry couldn't resist. At least it didn't bust open like mine usually do. Isn't it great when ya smoke a batch of excellent grub and the neighbor brings over some ho-hum dish, just so they can scam some of yer killer meats! Oh the insanity!
