Did it dry firm enough to keep from bending in some dip? My dad loves that Spam. I could take him some smoked sticks.. [emoji]128077[/emoji]

It got better....  I didn't leave it in too long...   about 4 hours at 140 ish....    Try a little warmer after the smoke is done...  maybe go up to 170 for a couple hours...

I love spam and just mustard on bread. Bet it's good that way too. Used to like watching my dad open the can with that key thing. Lol like corned beef hash too.

Looks Great Dave, We love Spam, Never smoked it ? (Not sure why) but I will have to give it a try.

Yours sure looks good

Ah, Spam.  Grew up eating that stuff, and was perfectly happy until I ate potted meat in C-rations, K-rations, or whatever rations they were.  Spoiled me on Spam.  Bought a can or regular Spam last year, fried it for breakfast, and WHAM!  K-rations.

Just found a recipe online for making your own Spam.  Kind of sounds a little like making caseless sausage.  Might have to make some minor adjustments and smoke it in the WSM.
