Southcentral PA, Veteran to Grilling, New to Smoking

  1. Hi,

    New to the forum and new to smoking.  I have a friend who has been giving me tips and so far so good.  Made a few awesome chickens and a couple pork loins.  The beef I tried didn't do so good, but I'll get it.

    I have a Master Forge Double Door Propane Smoker, a Brinkman Electric Smoker, a Char-Broil Professional Series Infrared Grill, and a turkey frier.

    Also, I work as a 911 telecommunicator.
