I just joined up. I'm from Deep in South New Jersey.

I started out with a cheap electric chip smoker. It was okay, but i out grew it fast. Then my wife got me a Pitt Boss Lexington pellet grill/smoker for my birthday in 2024. I love this thing!

I've gotten really good at pulled pork, wings, pork ribs & shotgun shells. I've only done one brisket and it came out okay, not spectacular.

I also converted my chip smoker to a cold smoker for cheese. People go crazy for my smoked cheese.
