so easy. 12 eggs in the blender with 1 cup of Cheddar cheese pour into 1/4 cup cup mason jars with crumbled bacon on the the bottom
Sous Vide for one hour at 172 degree

Purty Stuff there. How hard is it to get them out of the jars in one piece?

If you coat the inside with a little butter, it makes it easy.
However I forgot the butter one time, and it still wasn't a problem.

I can't imagine they could cost more than the Jimmy dean version I am buying now that costs $7.00 for 6 (3 meals)? I am going to get the egg bite silicone molds and order the Ink Bird Sous Vide they offered a good deal on.

Give it a try.
I know I expected 12 of these things, after putting in a Dozen Eggs, nearly a pound of Bacon, a pack of Cream Cheese, and 3 other cheeses, plus a few other things. Then I only ended up with 7 small jars.
I ended up stretching each one into two days, until they were all gone.

Maybe I will be wrong...I plan on using a large carton of egg beaters, some type of meat, spinach etc...we will see. I am getting the egg molds so we have option to cook in the instapot as well.

Thx
