I been wanting to make this for while. Mixing this morning while I feel better.

Sourdough starter with sour cream.

This recipe has 450g bread flour and 50g fresh milled spelt, So its going to autolyse for 2 hours covered.

I agree with Jim, I bet that is good!! Both look great!
 
The tase is bumped up with the sour cream. I didnt pull it very tight so I got a holy moly no butter catcher hole.....lol
