Fresh milled hard white flour. Fresh milled red corn & fresh roasted garlic, sourdough.

Not sure if it would come out good so I only made 1 small.

Smells great. The red corn looks good.
I will make a few more for next week.

Good looking loaf. :emoji_thumbsup:

I've tried the Dutch oven "once".
Loaf came out pretty flat - zero rise.
I think I'll stick to bakers stone.

That is a nice looking loaf of bread!

I use the dutch oven method all the time. Mostly because I'm lazy and don't shape my loaves as nicely as you do.

Good job.

Looks good.
What is red corn?

We're coming up to wheat harvest. Do you want a box of 14% protein spring wheat?
Red corn meal is all. cheaper for me to mill my own than buy it.

Do you sell flour?

Thanks, but shipping would cost more than the berries.
About $20 but my buck. Just thought you would appreciate a trial with true high protein wheat.

A lot of the local wheat goes to Dakota Mill in Grand Forks, ND. Their big bags of bread flour are cheaper than AP. They have to import wheat to bring it down to AP levels.

I really appreciate it and sure I would try it. Thank you very much.
