Sourdough beer bread. I used Coors light. One can is a perfect 350g. 75g of starter was used and this did a cold retard in the fridge for 3 days. Baked covered for 30 mins then uncovered for 15 mins.
My slicer is acting gretzy and not slicing good, time to sharpen.
