I like to make toasted garlic bread with baguettes, never made my own though!

Just ice-cold butter BUT I splurged and got some $50/lb brie and ......oh my, heavenly .

I tried the brie on some triscuits and the triscuit over-powered the flavour of the cheese.

Baguette went perfectly with it htough. As normal, the most flavour was in the crust.
