Hi all SD bread makers. Anyone live at altitude that can give some advice on making SD with a starter.

I have been successful at making SD from starter at about 4500 ft for years. But 8100 ft I think will change the recipes a bit.

Big move coming in a few weeks. And packing everything really sucks.

Making a big move from Utah to the mountains of Colorado. Closer to family and friends we left for work...then we quit work, so not much holding us back. Didnt want to move to another suburbia...so found a house in the mountains for about what we can sell for in UT. then it was a no brainer.
