Lurked on the forum for quite some time. Usually to peruse interesting recipe ideas and look at others cooking techniques.
Anyhow, I figured it was time to join and at least make an attempt to join the fray!
On to the details:
I'm from just outside of Austin TX
My current "tool" for cooking meats is a Fine Tune 2040 made by Matt's BBQ Pits.
Not sure what else to say except that I appreciate the hell out of the forum and the info that I have been able to garner from it.
