Spray it on, do not thin, and do light coats and let dry inbetween coats.

Dang Rib,

That thing not only holds some serious meat but to keep it smokin' you need to go through allot o' trees to keep it up to temp and blue thin line....

I'd imagine this is a commercial application.  If not that family has lots of members...
