That Hatch Chili seasoning these markets use is some of the best seasoning I have tasted. Searched high and low trying to find some on the web. I sent Brookshires a message asking if could buy some. They asked what store and had someone call me saying we have some for you no charge. On way home was at Market Street and asked if could buy some. Guy fixed me up with a nice package for free then stopped at Brookshires and got other one. Both stores are all about service. I see some hatch pepper ribs in my future and everything else! For some reason I thought I needed a bigger mortar. Now what to do with it?

It was the same seasoning at both stores. They buy in in 5 lb packages. Wish I knew who made it. Don't want to run out of this stuff!
