Since I have the smoker going with a Butt in it, I needed something to do while it smokes so I decided to make some smoked tomato soup.

This recipe came with my smoker and even though I am not a fan of tomato soup, I had to try it.

I have to say this is one of the best soups I have ever had. Like most smoked food, it gets better after sitting in the ref. for a day or so.

I don't even think I could get the smoker up to 100 degrees today.  -3 and the wind blowing.  I will spend most of the day snow blowing the drifts out of the driveway...
