Thanks i cut them from a bottom roast that i got on the cheap. It was a big piece of meat for less than 20.00 and with the kid off to college its just the two of us here 90 percent of the time. I got a bigger roast a couple smaller ones then some steaks and enough meat for a couple stews or soups. plus i made burritos that night after i sliced and marinated some of it in a sauce i made from soy/ sauce/bourbon and brown sugar.
