Local Safeway has had these nice Lamb loin chops lately. I have never cooked these up before. Figured I would grill them up just like rack of lamb cut in to lollipops. Seasoned with SPOG with some crushed rosemary. They look like little T Bone steaks. Grilled them up with some onions and served with some steamed carrots and Mint jelly! It Was a very tasty dinner!

One of our favorite cuts of lamb. We buy up a bunch when they are on $5 Friday's at Safeway. Vacuum seal and freeze. Fast grill is the way to go, leaving a bit of red inside next to the bone.

Yours look like they came out great! And that's a nice looking plate of food.

Thanks!! First time doing this cut for me. I liked them a lot. Quick and easy but very tasty. The way you described them is how mine were, with a bit of red still there. They were pretty thin so I did not cook them long and went by feel.

Nice cook . I never had lamb myself , but it always looks so good . Maybe someday .
Thanks!! Yeah easter dinner was always a leg of lamb growing up. I forget how good it is and need to do it more. If I see these again I will for sure as they were quick and easy and the price was right!
