So thinking should I smoke a Tri-tip or brisket. Decision: Why not both !!

It was kinda late when brisket was done resting so put it in the fridge for today. Post some pics when we slice into it. Thumbs Up

Yeah Foam, if she doesn't take a nibble then I know I'am in trouble. :ROTF I fire up the smoker and she comes running, don't know how she knows but she sure does.
