The Lowe's near me is blowing out their stock of MES so I dropped the dime on a 40" "Signature Series" unit.

My WSM has a new friend!

Right now we're in a Lake Effect Snow Warning event so it will have to wait till Sunday or Monday to get broken in and properly "adjusted".

I also received a 5X8" Amazen Pellet Smoker last week in anticipation of cold smoking the bacon I've got curing.

Reading through the threads about how to set the AMNPS inside and the mailbox mod got me excited, but right now I have to "foodsaver" these wings, breasts, and beef ribs I bought for it.

Tough to be retired isn't it?

Looks like that price is still up on their site Ed. Your sig says you're in Central New York I picked it up at the Erie Boulevard store. At this late stage I would definitely call the store and find out whether they're getting more of them in and if so whether that price will be valid.  GL!!
