I was thinking about getting some for my daughters...Then my 20 year old pulled out a handful of thin thread Hemp Bracelets and Necklaces that they have been making for a few years...

I think what you are doing is very cool and if you ever decide to make and sell them, I would be honored to wear a Bring Our Troops Home Bracelet...JJ

Cool. You are a man of many talents my friend. Now if you are really bored would you come up here and cut my grass?

Those are really cool Rick - is there a website on how to make them and where to get the material?

I love those! will they unravel and work for emergency situations? I have been eyeballing them for a while, just cant justify spending that for a bracelet.

Rick- Great job on those bacelets.

I make and sell them as well. I love how you incorporated the pink and yellow 'ribbon' loops into the bracelets. If you don't mind, I', going to borrow that technique from you.

Here is some stuff that I have done. . .a couple of bracelets and a key fob.

This purple and black was for a friends husband that is a thyroid cancer survivor.  My wife wears an all purple one as she is a thyroid cancer survivor as well.

This yellow one I wear cuz every "Livestrong" bracelet I've tried to wear are too small.

This is my key fob in black with a thin blue line-it represents all the fallen LEO's. I also have a bracelet that I wear that is in the same black/blue pattern. For those that may be wondering-Yes, I used to work in Law Enforcement-Military and Civilian so the fob and bracelet does have special meaning for me.

Nice  work Dutch....No hijack problem.

I been out of it for a couple years. I see they are making a comeback. I seen the bracelets go for $15-25. Mine aint near that.

Coffee Junkie

Yes they come un done with just a pull. Meat for basic tie down or securing, some basic survival assistance and for medical use when needed.

Here are some i did a couple years ago.

These 2 are half hitch. One has a SS shackle if you need it.

This is called a monkeys fist. There is a 1" wooden ball in there. I made a 12" monkey fist with a ball bearing for a guy once.
