my name is Matt and I am brand new to this awesome experience of smoking. I built my own custom pellet smoker broke it in yesterday for my first smoke ever. I have read many posts and watched many videos from all the faithfuls out there and appreciate all the insight. I look forward to this forum family and sharing my experiences.
