Snowy smokin!!!

Got up this morning to throw a couple 10# butts, 5# bottom rounds, and a few polish! Got it all fired up and then low and behold here comes the snow! This should be interesting!

I have a Brinkmann Trailmaster Limeted! It took a while but the temp is finally holding firm!

one thing i found about smoking when it is cold. you get more shrinkage in the food. due to the extra amount of heat you have to apply to get correct temp. but it still makes great Q.
