Simple flavors is the theme my last couple of cooks. It was about time with the nice weather to get out the Blackstone griddle. Feature is a couple packs of Snake River Farms Wagyu tenderloin and ribeye trimmings with mushrooms and onions. Sides of brocollini and yellow squash. A little Montreal seasoning blend on the beef. The onions and baby Bella’s just S&P finished with butter. Squash just S&P with a pinch of red pepper flake and the brocollini just a little olive oil. I basically put the brocollini on low heat side for a bit and then steamed it under a cover with water squirted in. I bought 16 lbs of the trimmings when SNF run a special in February. I’d likely buy them again on sale around $10 / lbs. This ended up being a very satisfying meal to both the boss and I lol.

Looks great Jeff . I might be tempted to slide the steak and onions on a bun !
Nice work .
