Snak the rack!

My MES40 always seems to have a couple empty racks when smoking.

So I took one of my favorite snaks and made it smokey better.

Fill empty racks with fried porkrinds,place above meat your smoking.

The porkrinds soak up the smokey flavors comming up from the meats.

Bag em up for a tastee treat!
