Snack Sticks In The MES.... Well, Not Exactly !!

Don't know how I missed this one.  I've been wanting to do snack sticks for a while, but don't have a stuffer, so I really like the loaf idea.

Great color, and the texture looks nice and firm.  Doesn't look like it will crumble and fall apart.

Sorry for the delayed thank you Gary, I appreciate the comment & point ! Things have been kinda busy round here lately..... If you don't have a stuffer, I'd highly recommend Bears pan method, worked great & everything turned out awesome.... It does not crumble & it's still moist inside !
