Snack logs?

So I was making my favorite snak-stix recipe and whoops! Ran out of 16mm collagen!
I finished the mix with 36mm hog casings because that's what I had.
So what do I call these things? Snack sticks XL? Snack Logs? Snack Sticks on Steroids?

I'm looking forward to them with cheese & crackers! [emoji]128512[/emoji]

Them are looking good so far,,, I was thinking the same thing for larger pieces sliced to snack on while elk hunting.

A full smoker is a happy smoker and yours looks happy happy happy

Very tasty sliced. I don't know if any of you have tried Big Casinos' recipe for beef stix, but I'm hooked. Not for the faint hearted, though..[emoji]128578[/emoji]

I'll bet those were good with some cheese and crackers!

We had the opposite problem last winter when making SS.  Ended up with about 3 pounds of SS snack sticks!  Yep, like you, we'll do it again.
 
Just goes to show ya, Cranky, if the mix is good, any casing works!
