heres the end results for the party i smoked for a friends wife bday









we ended up raiseing alot of money for the make a wish foundation. who said smoking is bad. jokes a side im proud of this. ill let you know the total in the next few days. thanks again to everyone on this site. i feel bad sometimes because all i do is read all the great posts and learn so much and all i get is compiments and its not me but this great site . thanks again you all helped raise money for a great cause.

sorry 1894 i forgot your question. no i did not fit all six pork butts on my smoker so i did the 4 and then i did the nxt 2 in my dutch oven and then put them on my smoker for 2-3 hours just to try and get as much flavor as i could. not ideal but i didnt have much choice, but seem to come pretty good.
