Smoking some polish indirect with some Applewood. Little snack for lunch. A friend made a batch and gave me 5#. First snow here in Wisconsin, saying 3-5 inches. Love smoking in the winter! Happy holidays!

Done! If you could smell this!! Gonna much on this and put the tree up. Got boneless chx breast marinating in some greek dressing for sammys on onion rolls for dinner. Happy holidays!
