Good morning my fellow smokers!

It has been a long off season and I finally have gotten my smoker back online! From personal experience make sure you clean it out prior to putting it up for the season.

Any way. I had smoked back in December for the first time. Smoked a 8 pound pork butt and two racks of ribs. Absolutely delish. Today it's just gonna be two racks of ribs. Thought I had hickory at hone turns out it was cherry. Well apple and cherry could give a nice sweetness to them. I'm doing a 2-2-1 this morning since the last time I did that turned out great! Will post photos when complete .

Much love!
