Need help smoking oysters in a mes. The medium kind that comes in a jar. Brine, temp?

I think oysters are best smoked in the 1/2 shell... That being said, try a cup cake tin... butter with some garlic powder and celery salt.... maybe 225F until they start to firm up a bit... I think celery does something special shellfish.. Try it on 1 or 2... not too much, just "enough" to get that "something"...
