I defrosted my ribs to smoke them today, it started to rain, since i have a MES i didn't want to risk with it. I do keep it on a side porch but I'm not sure i want to use it on there.
So decided to use the gas oven. made a wet rub of apple cider vinigar, peanut oil, spanish paprika and ground ginger. allied to ribs did a lose wrap in aluminum foil, and put into the oven at 275,
sorry for the lack of pics but i had two dogs up and moving so i couldn't get away to get camera.
I will post pic of finished,
out of the foil waiting on oven to get to 350 for finish
out of oven after about 20 minutes
how the bones pulled out.
