Smoking my ribs became a no go today

I defrosted my ribs to smoke them today, it started to rain, since i have a MES i didn't want to risk with it. I do keep it on a side porch but I'm not sure i want to use it on there.
So decided to use the gas oven. made a wet rub of apple cider vinigar, peanut oil, spanish paprika and ground ginger. allied to ribs did a lose wrap in aluminum foil, and put into the oven at 275,
sorry for the lack of pics but i had two dogs up and moving so i couldn't get away to get camera.

Weather is a cruel factor when smoking meat. Looks like you made the best of the situation and had some fall off the bone ribs. I could eat one of those. We learn new stuff with every cook - or at least I do.
