I just put in my brined corned beef brisket into the smoker and running the smoker @ 235-240 degrees. I have included a few pics....I will update photos during the smoke!

I have a water pan directly below the Briskets, I just used two of the pickling spice packs along with water, just an experiment to see if it will add aroma or flavor.  
 
Here is a Q-View of the Briskets at 4 hours of smoking....the are sitting at an IT of 175 degrees.....I will let you know the total cook time.
