Smoking My First Fatty

      My First Fatty: Rolled Bacon Wrapped Grass Fed Beef. 

      Inside: Tomatoes, Green Peppers, Onion, Broccoli, and 3 Cheese Mix - One Cheese Smoked!

      Seasoned With: Yellow Mustard, Pepper, Sea Salt, Melinda Spicy Mustard, Bread Crumbs, and Onion Salt!  


      I'll let you all know how it turned out and share some more pics.

  4. Hi All,

    I didn't turn out very well.  I used the wrong kinda cheese.  It was cheap shredded cheese that melted into oil.  Therefore no cheese oozing out of it when I cut it.

    I'm going to try another for Thanksgiving and will take photos of that one.
