Hi all! I will be smoking (5) - 2.5-3.5 tritips. I have an electric masterbuilt smoker With 4 racks (I know it’s not the best, but it’s what I started out with). Is it possible to do all 5 together or is that too much?? Will it take longer to smoke that many at once? What should I expect time wise? TIA

That smoker will do a fine job, not sure on time as that is dependent on what temp/color you want your meat, use a temp probe that you don't have to open the door to ck if you can, the bad on the electric smokers is recovery time when the door is opened to look or ck temp. been driving a 40" master built since they fist come out or close to it lol, still works great and if it quits the next time I use it I wont fuse.. much lol

Glad to hear! It’s done great on what Ive tried so far.. I will do at about 250 degrees and going for a medium to medium rare. Just hoping to get an idea on doing 5 at once?
