Smoking Mid-week...Pork, beef, and chicken! (Q-view)

Hello all:
I have a busy weekend planned with a make up Easter dinner and some serious WWE on Sunday and since I'm off work for the next little bit, i did some smoking Wednesday. I am just now getting around to posting a thread about it but i wanted to share my first full smoke since being out of the hospital. When i say full smoke i mean Black Betty! I did a pork butt as the main attraction. I also smoked a corned beef brisket flat for pastrami and a whole chicken too. (spatchcocked) So onto the pics!

Add a side of beef on the smoker...

And that was my smoke...

BTW the chicken doesn't have crispy skin...it doesn't have any skin as we often eat it here.

My wife named her from the song, the first song she heard on the radio the morning we got the smoker. we have a habit of naming large items like our cars (smokey and sheila) and pets (Butch, Mimi, Ezra) etc.

thank you and i am recovering well but still get some time off work (told my wife its a staycation!) Love the Q!
