My name is Paul..I live in Laffayette Co.,Ms..Am an avid bowhunter,gunhunter,and fisherman..I love to cook,especialy wild game and fish..Mostly deer,wild pigs,turkey,crappie,stripes,and catfish.(preferably flathead)..Happily married 22 yrs tomorrow..4 grown children..In road construction,(asphalt)..Work hard all summer hunt hard all winter...Owner of a Masterbuilt 40" elec.smoker for a yr.now..Trial and erroring but with all success so far..1 turkey was really dry but it was so good we ate it anywho..No more dry ones..I've learned alot but have lots more to learn I am sure..My favorites are smoked and summer sausages,but then its that time of year..

And oh yeah,I love good beer! I also make (combine) my own seasoning mixes for my sausage mixes..Yum!
