Hello all. New to the site but been smokin a while. Living in Portland, Or currently smoking on a MES and a Smokin Tex. Used to smoke on a stick burner but lack of time and traveling for work sent me down the power path. From Down South (N.C.) originally so tend to lean towards the pork side but like messing around with brisket, chuck roasts and dabbin in smoking cheese and making bacon. Salmon and shrimp are also good as well as occasional fatties. Looking forward to learning from you all and sharing stories. Thanks for having me....

Hello and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything.
