Smoking in the Netherlands

Hallo all,

I'm Henk, 51 yrs old, living in the north of the Netherlands, welder and bbq fanatic. Did my Q'ing on a Weber OTP and a Barbecook smoker, but i'm now building my first 55 gln UDS. Other hobby's are shooting, knife making, fishing, bagpipe playing, motorcycle riding, a good whisky (single malt) a good sigar. Just the good things in life so to say.

Hope to pick up some good ideas about UDS making here.
