Smoking in NW Arkansas

Hello everyone
First if all I would like to say thanks for all the information you all have posted.
Your post about mod to your smoker help me in buying my new smoker. I am kind of new a year into the smoking way of life. I have help with a major fund raiser at work we did 170 racks of rib on buddy ole hickory trailer smoker. I have learned so much for every website I reviewed. Was raised on Memphis style pulled pork. Just upgraded smoker from small charbroil charcoal smoker to propane, smoke hollow 44" Done seasoning smoker, tomorrow will be actual first smoke.
