Smoking in N. Texas

I live in Keller Texas which is just North of Fort Worth. Around here BBQ is primarily slow smoked brisket and pork ribs but I'll cook anything that sounds good.   I use an offset vertical smoker right now and plan to build a "outdoor cooking compound' soon.  I want an Argentinian style grill, a brick offset smokehouse and a pit. I enjoy cooking for large groups and this would really help.
