DougieFresh - Aside from stating the obvious, poultry is always below anything else you put in the smoker. Don't want contamination. I would suggest looking at the provided link for times, temp, tips etc. in addition to suggestions some members may be able to provide. Enjoy your new smoker and welcome to the forum.
